Responsibilities
Responsibilities.
1. Technical Support and Issue Resolution:
i. Issue Analysis: Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to in-house software and third-party solutions.
ii. Client Interaction: Provide technical support to clients, asking targeted questions to quickly diagnose and resolve issues.
iii. Escalation Management: Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate teams and follow through to resolution within agreed time limits.
iv. Customer Feedback: Provide prompt and accurate feedback to internal teams and clients to enhance user experience.
v. Requirement Analysis: Understand and analyze user needs and software requirements to ensure solutions align with business goals.
vi. Data Import and Integration: Ensure accurate data importation and seamless integration across systems.
2. Collaboration and Documentation:
i. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with software, design, and product teams to maintain effective support systems.
ii. Documentation: Maintain technical documentation to support software development and troubleshooting.

iii. Task Management: Track progress on support tasks, manage timelines, and ensure project milestones are achieved.
3. Testing and Debugging:
i. Unit Testing: Create and execute tests to verify that software components function as intended.
ii. Integration Testing: Ensure that different software components work together without issues.
iii. Debugging: Identify and resolve defects or bugs in the software promptly.
4. Maintenance and Support:
i. Software Updates: Track software updates and document them.
ii. Performance Optimization: Continuously optimize software to ensure efficient operation.
iii. User Support: Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues for both technical and non-technical users.
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
