Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Procurement process: Manage requisitions, purchase orders, and payment cycles.
  • Supplier management: Source, evaluate, and maintain relationships with vendors.
  • Contract negotiation: Negotiate terms, pricing, and delivery schedules.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and legal requirements.
  • Inventory tracking: Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment.
  • Problem resolution: Address order discrepancies, shipping delays, and invoice issues.
  • Reporting: Prepare and analyze procurement reports to identify cost-saving opportunities.

Pay: Up to RM2,600.00 per month
