Full Time Junior IT Support Technician Jobs, salary up to MYR 1,700 in Swang Chai Chuan Sdn Bhd Kuantan - Maukerja

Responsibilities

• Perform computer hardware maintenance, diagnostics, and repair.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software.
• Set up and deploy desktop computers, laptops, printers, and workstations.
• Provide technical support to end users and resolve IT-related issues.
• Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of CCTV and alarm systems.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and system upgrades.
• Maintain IT equipment inventory and documentation.
• Support network and other IT-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant working experience in IT support or a similar role.
• Able to perform hardware maintenance and repair independently.
• Good knowledge of hardware and software installation and troubleshooting.
• Basic knowledge of CCTV systems, alarm systems, workstation setup, and installation.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Possess a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
