Job Description

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain detailed project schedules for railway construction projects using planning software (Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent).

• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to prepare and update project programmes covering design, procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning stages.

• Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and provide early warning reports with proposed recovery/mitigation measures.

• Analyze critical paths, resource loading, and cost implications to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

• Prepare progress reports, dashboards, and presentations for management and clients.

• Interface with design, civil, trackwork, signaling, E&M, and systems teams to ensure accurate integration of multi-disciplinary activities in the master schedule.

• Conduct schedule risk analysis and scenario planning to evaluate potential project impacts.

• Support claims and variation submissions with time-impact analysis (TIA).

• Ensure compliance with railway authority requirements, contractual obligations, and international planning standards.

• Provide planning advice and technical support to project teams during the full project lifecycle.

• Any other duties that assigned by a superior.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction planning and programming coordination for railway projects (LTA experience will be preferred).

• Experienced in the use of Primavera

• Proficiency in planning software (Primavera P6 is a must; MS Project is an advantage).

• Strong understanding of railway construction activities, sequencing, and interface management (civil, track, signaling, systems).

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and in multi-disciplinary teams under tight deadlines.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills.
