**Job Description**
• Manage daily administrative tasks including correspondence, filing, scheduling, and document preparation using digital tools and platforms
• Coordinate meetings, maintain calendars, and handle travel arrangements for team members
• Utilise AI-powered tools to streamline data entry, report generation, and administrative processes
• Provide general office support including answering enquiries, managing supplies, and maintaining organised records
**Job Requirements**
• Minimum GCE 'O' Level, ITE, or equivalent qualification
• Prior administrative experience preferred; fresh graduates with relevant skills are welcome to apply
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, automation software, or digital assistants) is advantageous
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently in a part-time capacity
