We are looking for a Senior Front-End Engineer who:

What you will do:

• Lead frontend delivery for AI-powered product experiences, from requirements and API contracts through implementation, QA, and release, including chat interfaces, human-in-the-loop workflows, structured AI outputs, explainability surfaces, and feedback loops.
• Turn wireframes, prototypes, and interactive user interfaces into fully functional and highly performant responsive web applications.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize web pages for maximum speed, performance, and scalability.
• Establish and enforce frontend coding standards, conduct code reviews, and mentor team members to elevate overall code quality.
• Define AI-assisted engineering workflows using tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, and Claude for code generation, refactoring, testing, documentation, and knowledge sharing.
• Establish prompt templates, context-management practices, and human review gates so AI-generated work improves productivity without weakening code quality.
• Drive frontend architectural decisions, ensuring modular, scalable, and maintainable codebases.
• Partner with backend engineers to define stable, typed API contracts for AI features, including structured AI outputs, error states, permission fields, async task states, fallback handling, and schema validation.
• Translate Figma or AI-generated prototypes into production-ready frontend implementations, covering responsive behavior, accessibility, loading/error/empty states, permissions, and component reuse.
• Maintain AI-native delivery quality through unit, integration, and end-to-end tests, CI/CD checks, monitoring, release verification, and production issue investigation.
• Collaborate closely with UX designers, backend engineers, and product managers to deliver high-quality features on time.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and advocate for improvements to enhance frontend development processes.
• Work in accordance with applicable policies, processes, and procedures constituting Pulsifi's Information Security Management System (ISMS). This includes but is not limited to the organization's Information Security Policy, Data Protection Policy, Clean Desk & Screen Policy & Password Management Policy.

You meet all or most of these requirements:

• Experience with modern frontend frameworks - Angular 15+, React 17+, HTML5, JavaScript/Typescript, ES6, ES7, CSS/LESS, RxJS
• Strong understanding of UI component libraries and design frameworks like Ant Design
• Experience integrating APIs with 0Auth 2.0 authentication
• Hands-on experience using AI coding tools in real software delivery, with strong judgment on review, testing, and refactoring.
• Experience building or integrating AI-powered product experiences such as chat interfaces, workflow assistants, recommendation surfaces, explainability views, or structured AI outputs.
• Experience or familiar with Agile development/process.
• Strong understanding of MVC architecture and SOLID design principles.
• Experience with GIT version control (Github), unit testing, and collaborative development workflows.
• Excellent problem solving skills, communication and a collaborative mindset.
• Passion for mentoring engineers and fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
