Singapore based family office seeking junior staff for operations and control

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive candidate to be part of the team for developing and maintaining systems and tools for accounting, operations and control. 

Key Responsibilities      

• Performance Reporting: Maintain internal portfolio management systems, ensuring real-time accuracy of valuations and corporate actions.
• Data Integration: Build and refine dynamic dashboards to provide the Principal with clear insights into portfolio risk, liquidity limits, and performance metrics.
•  AI Tooling & Workflow Optimization: Identify opportunities to deploy AI agents or custom bots to automate routine operational tasks, such as parsing investment reports.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 0–3 years of experience in middle/back office operations, fund administration, or compliance within a Family Office, Wealth Management firm, Private Bank, or Asset Management company in Singapore.

• Education requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, Law, or a related discipline.
