About the Roles

Software Developer / Software Engineer opportunity in the Manufacturing and Production sector based in Kallang, working on a 5-day schedule (Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 6.00pm). This is a 1-year contract role with the possibility of conversion to a permanent position, offering competitive basic salary, AWS, variable bonus, and medical benefits. You will be involved in developing and maintaining desktop software solutions for car parking systems within a collaborative technical environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Design, develop, and maintain desktop application software for car parking systems
• Build and enhance both front-end and back-end application features
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve software and production-related issues
• Support and maintain Windows desktop application development when required
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions
• Design and implement intuitive, user-friendly application interfaces
• Carry out additional tasks as assigned to support project and operational needs

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in software development
• Strong hands-on experience with React, JavaScript, Node.js, RESTful APIs, and SQL Server
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, computer hardware components, and byte data communication
• Experience with .NET, Windows Forms, or Windows desktop applications will be an advantage
