Full Time Technician Jobs, in AJ Petroleum Selangor - Maukerja

Responsibilities

• Assemble ball valves and components per work orders, design drawings, and technical specifications.
• Ensure accurate alignment, fitting, and fastening of components to meet performance requirements.
• Conduct pressure and functionality tests on valves as per API Q1 and design requirements.
• Perform in-process inspections to verify compliance with specifications and report defects or nonconformities.
• Operate, monitor, and maintain machinery and tools, ensuring their calibration and functionality.
• Perform equipment setup and adjustments to meet production needs.
• Handle raw materials, components and finished product with care to prevent damage or contamination.
• Ensure proper storage and wrapping of valves before shipment
• Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of tools, machinery and workspaces.
• report malfunctions or breakdowns immediately.
• Maintain detailed records of production activities, including work orders, inspection reports, and material logs.

Requirements

• Minimum Vocational Certs/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• 1-2 years experience in assembly, repair and/or maintenance
