About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft System Integrator / Field Services Engineer to support enterprise-level Microsoft infrastructure projects and onsite operations. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Microsoft technologies, field services management, deployment projects, and enterprise user support.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support Microsoft infrastructure deployment, migration, and refresh projects.
• Perform onsite support activities including desktop/laptop deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Support Microsoft technologies including Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Exchange, and endpoint management solutions.
• Manage branch/site support operations and coordinate onsite technical activities.
• Handle escalations from L1 support teams and work closely with internal teams/vendors for issue resolution.
• Plan and coordinate engineer scheduling, resource allocation, and onsite deployment activities.
• Monitor service performance and ensure SLA/KPI requirements are achieved.
• Provide technical guidance and support to onsite engineers.
• Prepare technical documentation, reports, and deployment records.

Requirements

• Malaysian citizen only.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, field services, or system integration.
• Strong experience in Microsoft environment (Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Exchange, SCCM/MECM).
• Experience in desktop/laptop deployment, refresh projects, and endpoint management.
• Hands-on experience supporting enterprise users in onsite environments.
• Experience managing onsite engineers, resource planning, or field support operations is preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in hardware, software, network, and application issues.
• Experience handling escalations and SLA-based support environments.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.

Preferred Experience

• System Integrator (SI) background.
• Experience supporting large enterprise clients or multi-site environments.
• Experience with Microsoft migration, deployment, or transformation projects.
• ITIL certification is an added advantage.

Pay: Up to RM9,000.00 per month
