We are looking for a reliable and skilled Technician to join the Property Management Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs and inspections to ensure equipment and systems operate efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and servicing of equipment and machinery.
• Diagnose faults and carry out repairs in a timely manner.
• Conduct inspections and testing to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate maintenance and service records.
• Follow all safety procedures, company policies and industry standards.
• Support installation, commissioning and equipment upgrades when required.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve operational issues.

Requirements

• Diploma, Certificate or relevant qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics or a related field.
• Previous experience as a Technician is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of maintenance, troubleshooting and repair techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and drawings.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work overtime or on shifts when required.

Location

• Persiaran Raja Chulan, Kuala Lumpur

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,300.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Service technician: 1 year (Preferred)
