Operation Support Engineer (FIS Line Support)
Location: Singapore
Shift: 24/7 Rotational (12-hour shifts)
Experience: Freshers to 4 Years

Role Overview
We are seeking an Operation Support Engineer to provide first-level technical support for Factory Information Systems (FIS) in a production environment. The role involves monitoring systems, resolving technical issues, supporting factory operations, and ensuring high system availability.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide L1 support for Factory Information Systems (FIS)
• Monitor application performance, system uptime, and machine connectivity
• Log, track, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents within SLA timelines
• Perform basic hardware, software, and network troubleshooting
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate support teams
• Maintain accurate incident and resolution documentation
• Support operational reporting and data transfer activities
• Collaborate with global teams to ensure timely issue resolution
• Adhere to information security, compliance, and operational standards
Required Skills
• Basic knowledge of hardware, software, and network troubleshooting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a 24/7 rotational shift environment
