Role Description The Controller (Command Centre) is a full-time, on-site role based in Ubi Ave 3, responsible for monitoring and coordinating security operations from the command center. Daily tasks include overseeing security alerts and incidents, managing communication with ground security personnel, and ensuring accurate logging of events and reports. The role involves using security monitoring systems and communication tools, escalating incidents according to established protocols, and supporting emergency response coordination when required. The Controller will also assist in scheduling, status tracking, and ensuring compliance with company procedures and client requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong command center operations skills, including incident monitoring, coordination, and escalation.
• Proficiency with security systems, surveillance tools, and communication equipment used in control rooms.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with security officers, clients, and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to maintain accurate records, prepare incident reports, and follow standardized operating procedures.
• Good situational awareness, attention to detail, and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
• Willingness to work on-site in Paya Lebar and cover rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, or public holidays as needed.
• Previous experience in a security, emergency response, or command center environment is an advantage.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with office software; additional certificate in Perform Monitoring and Reporting Duties at Central Command Centre will be an advantage.
