About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Mid-Level Full-Stack Developer to join our growing development team working on a mature, business-critical software platform.

You will work alongside senior developers building new functionality, resolving defects, improving existing systems and contributing to the long-term development of the platform.

We are looking for someone who enjoys writing clean, maintainable code, takes pride in their work and is keen to develop their technical skills within a collaborative environment.

Minimum Requirements

- Minimum 3-5 years' commercial software development experience.

- Fluent written and spoken English.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a development team.

Technical Skills

Essential

- PHP (Laravel)

- JavaScript

- Vue.js

- HTML5 / CSS3

- MySQL

- REST API development

- Git

- .net (legacy and modern frameworks)

- Azure

- Devops

Desirable

- TypeScript

- Docker

- Linux

- Automated testing.

- CI/CD.

- AI-assisted software development using tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Cursor or similar.

Responsibilities

- Develop new platform functionality.

- Resolve software defects.

- Improve existing modules.

- Write clean, maintainable and well-documented code.

- Participate in code reviews.

- Support testing and deployment activities.

- Work closely with the Technical Lead and wider development team.

- Contribute to the continual improvement of the platform.
