ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Develop detailed architectural drawings, blueprints, and specifications, ensuring compliance with building codes and zoning laws.

2. Lead the technical implementation of projects, translating conceptual designs into actionable, scalable, and functional solutions.

3. Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure on-time delivery.

4. Coordinate with clients, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to align project requirements.

5. Visit worksites to ensure construction aligns with approved plans, conducting inspections, and resolving issues.

QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENT:

1. A Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Architecture.

2. Professional licensure (Registered with Pertubuhan Arkitek Malaysia ).

3. Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Sketchup), 3D modeling, and rendering tools.

4. Proven experience as an architect or in a similar role managing construction or technical projects.

5. Strong visualization, conceptualization, negotiation, and project management skills.
