Job Scope·

• Responsible to assist superior in documentation work and administrative stuff
• Responsible to assist superior to liaise with Purchasing on material information & material price
• Responsible to assist superior to liaise with Production Planning Coordinator on product's planning and production status·
• Responsible to assist superior to update and create Bill of Material from time to time·
• To assist superior to ensure detail of Purchase Order received from customer matched the sales quotation·
• To record distribution of customer's control copy drawing to Document Control Center·
• Responsible to handle customer enquiries and consult with the concerned department if necessary·
• Carry out any other task assigned by superior from time to time·
• Maintaining client relations.

Requirement·

• Must be well-versed in English·
• Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or other Engineering courses (basic knowledge in Autocad/Solidwork/reading drawing)
• Must have basic knowledge in using Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel.·
• Experience in Engineering/ Manufacturing line will be advantage.
• Display a positive attitude, friendly personality, ability to interact with various groups/levels of people, willing to learn for self-improvement and have good attention to details.
• Fresh graduate are welcomed to apply

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,200.00 per month
