Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and walk-in visits.
Follow up with customers after vehicle servicing to ensure satisfaction.
Manage customer appointments and service reminders.
Handle customer feedback, complaints, and resolve issues promptly.
Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system.
Coordinate with the Service and Sales teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Prepare customer service reports and monitor customer satisfaction.
Support customer engagement and retention activities.
Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification.
At least 1 year of experience in customer service, customer relations, or a related field (automotive industry is an advantage).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities.
Computer literate (Microsoft Office and CRM systems is an advantage).
Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude, responsible, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
