Requirements
- No prior working experience is required.
- Training will be provided and willing to learn.
- Previous experience as a Machine Operator is an advantage.
- Able to work indenpently and as part of a team.
- Physically fit, proactive, and detail-oriented with strong work ethic.
- Responsible, reliable,and committed to work.
- Able to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor printing and production machines.
- Set up and adjust machines according to job specifications.
- Follow job orders and production schedules provided by the Head of Department.
- Ensure printed materials meet quality standards and customer requirements.
- Follow company procedures and safety regulations.
- Assist with other production-related duties as assigned.
