About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and tech-savvy Permanent Part-Time Office Administrator to support our daily administrative and training operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working administrative work, is highly organised, and is proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Key Responsibilities
Reconcile payment records and ensure data accuracy.
Extract and manage data from MS Excel.
Perform data consolidation and prepare simple reports.
Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets
Support training logistics by:
Booking tea breaks and refreshments.
Preparing training rooms before each session.
Printing training manuals and materials.
Provide general administrative support as required.
Requirements
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new online systems.
Meticulous with numbers and data entry.
Organised, responsible, and able to work independently.
Good communication and time management skills.
Prior administrative experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
