Full Time Technical Supervisor Jobs, Salary up to MYR 5,000 in SCC Corporation Federal Territory - Maukerja

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the technical team.
• Plan, assign, and monitor maintenance, repair, and installation work.
• Ensure all technical tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide guidance to technicians.
• Conduct inspections to ensure equipment and facilities are operating properly.
• Monitor team performance and provide coaching and training when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Prepare maintenance reports, work schedules, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with other departments, contractors, and suppliers to support operational needs.
• Manage inventory of tools, equipment, and spare parts.
• Assist in implementing preventive maintenance programs and continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant technical experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role preferred.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical operations.
• Good leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and specifications.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic maintenance management systems (CMMS is an advantage).
• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Willing to work overtime, weekends, or on-call when required.
• Possess a valid driving license (if required for the role).
