Job Description

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise and coordinate closely with the Branch Director and branch admin on all administrative matters.
  • Prepare, issue, and verify invoices for project cases as well as subsales cases.
  • Support the Business Development team by gathering and compiling property-related information.
  • Maintain and update project listings in company systems, including data entry for project cases and commission distribution.
  • Organize, file, and maintain records of appointment letters.
  • Handle and respond to agents enquiries as required.

Job Requirements

  • Proactive, responsible, with a positive attitude and strong result-oriented mindset
  • Cheerful and outgoing personality
  • Able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and handle pressure well
  • Minimum internship period of 3 months; candidates available for 6 months are preferred
