Job Description
Responsibilities
1. Provide courteous and efficient service, and if possible, to comply with each and
every request.
2. Greet all guests in a courteous and friendly manner.
3. Maintain guest records and other Front Office records. To check the arrival file
which require special request like bay cot, extra bed or fruit basket
4. Sell accommodation in such a manner as to maximise revenue and occupancy.
5. Assign rooms for arriving guests. Special attention is given to repeat guests with
special requests.
6. Check-in & Check-out guests according to the procedure.
7. Handles room keys according to the procedure.
8. Take room reservations at the counter or on the telephone.
9. Any other duties that maybe assigned to you from time to time / or as and when
required.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
