Role Description The Solutions Specialist is a full-time, remote role responsible for guiding organizations and users in effectively adopting Insight Genesis – IGAi solutions. In this position, the specialist will analyze client needs, translate requirements into practical platform configurations, and deliver tailored demonstrations and use cases. Day-to-day responsibilities include consulting with clients to identify opportunities for value creation, supporting sales efforts with solution expertise, and providing responsive customer service during onboarding and post-implementation. The role also involves collaborating with product and technical teams to share feedback, refine offerings, and ensure that solutions align with client goals in the financial, HR, education, and health verticals. The Solutions Specialist will maintain clear, professional communication with stakeholders and help build long-term relationships based on trust and measurable outcomes.

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, data science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Familiarity with financial services, HR/talent management, education technology, or health and wellness domains is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple clients, tasks, and deadlines.
