We're Hiring: Confluent Solution Architect!

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Confluent Kafka Solution Architect to design and lead enterprise-scale event streaming solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Apache Kafka, Confluent Platform/Cloud, cloud-native architectures, and distributed systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable event-driven architectures using Apache Kafka and Confluent.
• Lead architecture discussions and provide technical guidance on streaming solutions.
• Work closely with application, data, and DevOps teams to deliver real-time data pipelines.
• Deploy and manage Kafka solutions across AWS, Azure, and/or GCP environments.
• Drive best practices for performance, scalability, security, monitoring, and governance.
• Support containerized deployments using Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
  
  

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software, data, or platform engineering.
• 5+ years of hands-on Apache Kafka experience.
• Strong experience with Confluent Platform and/or Confluent Cloud.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, or Scala.
• Experience with event-driven architectures and distributed systems.
• Hands-on expertise with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Kafka Connect, Kafka Streams, ksqlDB, Schema Registry, REST Proxy.
• Apache Flink and Confluent Cloud services.
• Confluent for Kubernetes (CFK).
• Stream Governance, RBAC, and Audit Logs.
• Prometheus, Grafana, and Splunk.
