Description:

- Responsible for developing, optimizing and managing production processes to ensure high-quality output, efficiency and cost-effectiveness particularly in precision engineering and aerospace projects.

- Ensure process compliance and quality control through documentation and standards adherence. 

- Support the development and execution of new projects and First Articles (FA) Submissions.

- Manage and maintain ISO documentation and quality management systems in line with company objectives and continuous improvement goals.

- Carry out any other tasks or assignments as when deems fit and appropriate.

Requirements:

- Degree or Diploma holder in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

- SPM/SKM holders with at least 3 years of working experience in a manufacturing or related field will also be considered.

- Technically inclined with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Results-oriented with good inter-personal and communication skills.

- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
