We are looking for an experienced EDR & Cloud Security Support Engineer to monitor, investigate, and respond to endpoint and cloud security threats. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with EDR platforms, cloud security monitoring, incident response, and threat detection across multi-cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and triage EDR (Endpoint Detection & Response) alerts across endpoints and servers.
• Investigate and respond to malware, ransomware, and suspicious security incidents.
• Perform endpoint isolation and containment based on incident response playbooks.
• Manage EDR deployment, policy tuning, and exclusion management.
• Respond to cloud security alerts from CSPM/CWPP and cloud-native security services (e.g., Microsoft Defender for Cloud, AWS GuardDuty).
• Monitor workloads, IAM activity, and cloud configurations across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Investigate cloud posture findings and security misconfigurations.
• Correlate EDR and cloud telemetry with SIEM alerts for end-to-end threat investigations.
• Maintain IOC blocklists, threat intelligence indicators, and detection rules.
• Track and report vulnerabilities affecting endpoints and cloud environments.
• Coordinate with asset owners to remediate identified threats.
• Prepare daily operational reports and cloud security status updates.
• Escalate confirmed incidents to senior analysts in accordance with the escalation matrix.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Security, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in Endpoint Security, Cloud Security, or SOC Operations.
• Hands-on experience with EDR solutions such as Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, CrowdStrike Falcon, SentinelOne, or Carbon Black.
• Experience with cloud platforms including AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Strong understanding of Incident Response, Threat Hunting, Endpoint Security, Cloud Security, SIEM, IAM, and Vulnerability Management.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Defender for Cloud, AWS GuardDuty, CSPM, and CWPP solutions is preferred.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
