Responsibilities

• You must analyze business and functional requirements to design technical solutions that support AML and financial crime compliance initiatives.
• You are expected to collaborate with business users, business analysts, and development teams to translate business requirements into scalable and effective application solutions.
• You must support the full software development lifecycle, including solution analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post-production support.
• You are expected to configure, enhance, and maintain AML applications while ensuring system performance, reliability, and compliance with business requirements.
• You must investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues, providing timely root cause analysis and implementing preventive measures where necessary.
• You are expected to participate in project implementation, system enhancements, production releases, and change management activities.
• You must prepare and execute functional, integration, system, regression, and user acceptance testing to ensure solution quality before deployment.
• You are expected to develop and maintain test cases, test data, and testing documentation while tracking defects through to resolution.
• You must work closely with infrastructure, database, and vendor teams to support application deployment, environment setup, and production stability.
• You are expected to maintain technical documentation, including solution designs, functional specifications, support procedures, and knowledge base articles.
• You must ensure all deliverables comply with SDLC standards, security requirements, audit guidelines, and internal governance policies.
• You are expected to provide technical support for production environments while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous system improvements.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in application delivery, solution analysis, or application support within enterprise environments.
• Hands-on experience supporting Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Know Your Customer (KYC), Customer Due Diligence (CDD), or Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) solutions is highly preferred.
• Experience with Oracle Financial Crime and Compliance Management (FCCM) or similar AML platforms is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and application delivery processes.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Database, SQL, and PL/SQL development.
• Experience supporting enterprise middleware technologies such as Oracle WebLogic, Oracle HTTP Server, or similar application servers.
• Knowledge of Windows, Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), and Solaris environments.

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
