Full Time Technical Program Manager Jobs, Salary up to MYR 12,000 in Executive Compass Selangor - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities

• Program Leadership: Manage end-to-end technical programs for manufacturing capability deployment, including NPI and product development initiatives.
• Volume Readiness: Ensure manufacturing sites are prepared to support ramp plans, including capacity modeling, equipment readiness, staffing, and process maturity.
• Manufacturing Readiness: Oversee installation and integration of systems such as orbital welding, electropolish, and test infrastructure across multiple sites.
• 5M&E Analysis: Conduct comprehensive assessments of Man, Machine, Material, Method, Measurement, and Environment to ensure site readiness and process stability.
• Project Man
• agement: Develop and maintain Gantt charts, timelines, and resource plans to track progress and manage dependencies.
• Business Case Development: Build and present business cases to justify investments, including cost-benefit analysis, ROI, and strategic alignment.
• Operational Scope Definition: Collaborate with stakeholders to define operational scope, process flows, and equipment requirements.Execution Strategy: Develop and implement scalable execution strategies for capability rollout, including risk mitigation and change management.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across engineering, operations, supply chain, and site leadership.
• Executive Reporting: Prepare and deliver executive-level summaries, dashboards, and program updates to senior leadership.
• Compliance & Quality: Ensure all deployments meet safety, regulatory, and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related technical field; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in technical program management within manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Proven track record managing NPI and product development programs with cross functional teams.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes including system integration, test, welding, and surface treatment.
• Experience with multi-site deployments and global operations.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Project, Jira) and Gantt chart development.

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
