In This Role, You Will:

• Design, build and maintain scalable web applications (Laravel-based)
• Develop and optimize high-performance RESTful APIs
• Collaborate in architecture planning and engineering roadmap discussions
• Write clean, testable, production-ready code
• Ensure performance, security, and system reliability
• Deploy and manage applications in live environments

What We Are Looking For:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in full stack development, strong proficiency in: Laravel | HTML5 / CSS3 | JavaScript
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, system architecture & database design
• Experience with deployment, server configuration & Git
• Strong debugging mindset, problem-solving skills, and detail-oriented with ownership mentality
• Proven track record in building scalable web applications using Laravel

Bonus Points (Nice to Have)

• Experience with Node.js, Express.js, React.js, Next.js
• Familiarity with Web3 tools or blockchain integrations
• Interest in leading projects or growing into project management
