Job Description & Requirements

Key Responsibilities

· Plan, execute, monitor and control project as per contractual, client and QEHS requirements.

· Ensure smooth implementation of work progress so project can be completed on time, within budget and meet contractual & safety standards.

· Manage suppliers and sub-contractors to ensure compliance in terms of QEHS, schedule and cost.

· Define clear roles & responsibilities, and deliverable requirements of team members.

· Monitor construction productivity and provide recommendations for improvement to works.

· Preparation of site progress report and necessary documentation.

· Ensure that all project documentation including emails exchanges are maintained properly

· Report to management periodically on status of project in terms of QEHS, cost and schedule.

· Any other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

· Posses degree in civil engineering, construction management or equivalent and safety certificates like CSCPM.

· At least 8 years experience as project manager in building project

· Able to work independently and lead project team

· Proficient in Microsoft Project

· Certified QM/ Conquas Manager would have an added advantage
