Requirements
Minimum Qualification: Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related field
At least 1 year of relevant working experience (fresh graduates may be considered)
Basic knowledge in networking and PC troubleshooting
Familiarity with web-based systems and IT environments
Strong interest in IT support and systems operations

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and network systems
Good communication and coordination skills

Responsibilities
Provide first-level support for IT systems and applications used in manufacturing and operations.
Troubleshoot and resolve reported system, hardware, and network issues promptly.
Monitor IT equipment and infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and availability.
Analyse recurring incidents and service requests, and recommend improvements.
Maintain and update system security patches and operating systems.
Ensure all incidents and service requests are properly updated in the Service Desk system.
Support network monitoring and collaborate with relevant teams to maintain network stability.
Manage IT inventory and ensure equipment is in good working condition.
Recommend replacement or upgrade of outdated IT equipment.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system reliability and efficiency.
Perform any additional tasks assigned by management.
