Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and manage the on-site construction team.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and on-site staff.
- Assign tasks based on skills and experience and monitor performance.
- Organize work schedules and ensure materials are delivered and resources are managed properly.
- Must follow the project manager's arrangements, be able to work overtime, and have no less than 3 years of experience on-site.
