What You'll Do

Assist families in selecting the right domestic helper based on their needs.
Build strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Follow up on inquiry and convert leads into successful placements.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth hiring process.
Deliver excellent customer service from inquiry to handover.

What We're Looking For

Passion for sales and customer service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Sales experience is an advantage, but training will be provided for the right candidate.
