About Role

Key Responsibilities

1. Drive backend development and iteration for high-throughput systems, independently owning the design, development, and deployment of core modules including transaction processing and real-time data feeds.
2. Build high-concurrency services using .NET 6/8, leveraging multi-threading, asynchronous programming, and locking mechanisms to ensure stable, low-latency performance in demanding production environments.
3. Design and implement system solutions for order‑processing or workflow‑orchestration platforms, from architecture to deployment, with ongoing performance tuning to eliminate bottlenecks.
4. Participate in architectural design and solution reviews, troubleshoot complex production incidents, and continuously enhance system high availability.
5. Write clean, maintainable code, participate in code reviews, produce technical documentation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integration milestones.
6. Stay ahead of emerging technologies, support project delivery, and develop third‑party integrations, plugins, or API interfaces as needed.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field, with 5+ years of C# backend development experience and proven ability to lead core module development independently.
2. Deep expertise in C# multi-threading, asynchronous programming, and concurrency control, with a track record of resolving real-world high-concurrency challenges.
3. Prior experience building latency‑sensitive or high‑throughput systems; experience with real‑time data processing or workflow engines is highly preferred.
4. Proficient in .NET 6/8 and ASP.NET Core, with a solid understanding of garbage collection (GC), dependency injection (DI), middleware, and other low-level framework features.
5. Strong working knowledge of Redis, Kafka, and MongoDB; expertise in MySQL database design and SQL query optimization.
6. Demonstrated capability in architectural design and production troubleshooting, with a disciplined approach to coding standards.
7. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, ability to perform under pressure, and a proactive attitude toward learning new technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Hands-on experience with third‑party system integration, plugin development, or platform administration.
2. Background in building large‑scale, mission‑critical backend systems (e.g., logistics, IoT, or fintech, financial market).
3. Active open-source contributions or a technical blog showcasing expertise.
