Job Overview:

Reporting to the Principal Engineering Leader, the Process Manager is responsible for ensuring that all Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) processes meet the requirements of airworthiness authorities, Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), and customers. This includes leading and maintaining the robustness of special processes and laboratory activities, coordinating improvement initiatives using Lean-Sigma methodologies, and ensuring compliance with technical and regulatory standards. The role also involves providing technical expertise to resolve process-related issues, establishing new process capabilities, and collaborating across Value Streams to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead and uphold robust processes and methods that comply with airworthiness, OEM, and regulatory requirements through regular audits and follow-up action plans
• Champion initiatives in Lean-Sigma, Health, Safety & Environment (HSE), Ergonomics, and the standardization of special process best practices across all Value Streams
• Drive and manage improvement projects using Lean-Sigma methodologies to support Policy Deployment goals
• Provide technical leadership and expertise to resolve issues related to the repair and overhaul of landing gears and associated components
• Establish and qualify new special process capabilities, including planning, validation, and certification activities
• Deliver technical training and knowledge transfer to workshop and process personnel to strengthen in-house expertise and operational excellence
• Recognized Degree in Engineering or equivalent qualification with relevant experience in special processes

Professional experience:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in similar function within aerospace manufacturing and/or MRO industry
• At least 3 years of proven supervisory or managerial experience overseeing process or production teams
• Strong understanding of Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) operations and airworthiness requirements
• Proven experience applying Lean principles, tools, and improvement techniques with a track record of successful implementation of value-added projects.
