Responsibilities
Responsibilities
Track and renew certifications, including ISO and BCA licenses, to maintain compliance and operational readiness
Manage vehicle administration tasks such as insurance, road tax, VPC, and season parking renewals to ensure uninterrupted fleet operations
Coordinate broadband, landline, and mobile line renewals with telecommunications providers to maintain communication infrastructure
Maintain accurate non-incident records and safety documentation for regulatory and internal audit purposes
Collaborate with Engineers and Managers to identify and fulfill purchasing needs aligned with project requirements
Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure quality equipment, materials, and services at competitive prices and on schedule
Assess supplier performance based on quality, pricing, delivery timelines, and reliability to support procurement decisions
Manage procurement processes by creating, matching, and tracking Purchase Orders (POs) and requisitions using Business Central software
Perform three-way matching of Purchase Orders, Delivery Orders, and invoices to ensure accuracy and prevent discrepancies
Required competencies and certifications
Diploma or equivalent in Business Administration or related field
Minimum 2 years of relevant administrative experience
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Experience with ISO certifications and good understanding of BCA licensing requirements
