Job Functions:

• Report software issues or bugs for improvement
• Responsible of business-as-usual activity including global patching, windows feature deployment, Microsoft 365 Apps deployment process.

Job Requirements

• Strong English communication (spoken and written)
• 1years of support Experience with G-suite, Office365, endpoint security, Virtual Infrastructure (VMware) Windows and Linux, Active Directory, SCCM troubleshooting, JAMF policies troubleshooting, file and printing services, and shared drives

Job Type: Contract

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
