China Construction Decoration Group (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and experienced MEP Engineer to support the successful delivery of commercial, hospitality, and interior fit-out projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and project schedules.

Job Description

• Coordinate Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) works for commercial, hospitality, and interior fit-out projects.

• Review drawings, specifications, and technical submissions.

• Supervise MEP installation works to ensure compliance with project requirements, quality standards, and safety regulations.

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve technical and site issues.

• Monitor project progress and ensure works are completed on schedule.

• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company standards.

• Support testing, commissioning, and project handover.

• Prepare project reports, documentation, and as-built drawings.

• Attend site meetings and provide technical support throughout project execution.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in MEP works for building construction or interior fit-out projects.

• Knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, and ACMV systems.

• Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.

• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office. Knowledge of Revit or BIM is an advantage.

• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in commercial, hotel, or high-end interior fit-out projects will be an advantage.
