Full Time Quantity Surveyor Jobs, Salary up to SGD 4,000 in CHINA COMMUNICATIONS CONSTRUCTION COMPANY LIMITED (Singapore Branch) East Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Job Description:

• Assists in tender preparation, analysis, and evaluation.
• Prepares tender bid for Management’sapproval.
• Contract administration of secured projects.
• Responsible to prepare necessarydocumentations from shortlisting to the award of subcontracts; the process includes evaluation, comparison, and recommendation.
• Preparation and submission of progress claims to clients.
• Evaluate and prepare progress payments to subcontractors/suppliers/service providers.
• Liaison with client or consultant’sQuantity Surveyors.
• Maintain constant liaison with project staff, especially the Project Director.
• Monitor records and manage all variation orders.
• Provide necessary documentation for the preparation of final accounts with the client/subcontractors/suppliers/service providers.
• Always ensure confidentiality and safeguards of controlled documents.
• Possess the ability to negotiate with the client’s Quantity Surveyors during final accounts and/or as and when any variation order arises.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or other related disciplines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word Excels.
• Proficiency in PDF measurement or any other measurement software will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in Quantity Surveying.
