Position : Coordinator, Operational Process Improvement & Digitalization

Industry: Transport and Logistics

Work Location: Taman Perindustrian Bukit Jelutong, 40150 Shah Alam, Selangor

Work arrangement: Onsite

Employment Type : 6 months contract with PERSOL

Salary: RM2,500 - RM3,000 (based on experience & skills)

What You Wil lDo

• Digital Transformation – Support customer onboarding and setup in systems
• Data Management – Maintain accurate and consistent data across platforms
• Process Documentation – Document workflows to support digitalization initiatives
• Reporting – Generate insights and reports to improve operational efficiency
• Operations Support – Assist in converting manual bookings into digital platforms
• Coordination – Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
• Compliance – Adhere to company policies, data security, and documentation standards

What We Are Looking For

• Minimum Diploma qualification
• 1–2 years of working experience is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, proactive, and team-oriented mindset
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills are a plus
