Position Summary

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Software Engineer to join our engineering team. In this role, you will help design, build, and maintain our core digital products, including our media platform, subscription systems, and community tools. You will work in an agile, collaborative environment alongside product managers, designers, and data engineers to deliver clean, scalable code.

Job Responsibilities

• Feature Development: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code to develop new features and improve existing services across our web platforms.
• Architecture & Scalability: Participate in system design and architectural discussions to ensure our infrastructure can handle high traffic and data loads.
• API Integration: Design and implement robust APIs and integrate third-party services to enhance platform capabilities.
• Code Quality: Conduct code reviews, write unit/integration tests, and adhere to industry best practices for continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD).
• Problem Solving: Diagnose and resolve production bottlenecks, bugs, and performance issues to ensure high availability and optimization.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience: 2+ years of professional software development experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Technical Stack:
• Proficiency in at least one backend language (e.g., Node.js, Go, Python, or PHP).
• Solid understanding of modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js, or Next.js).
• Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases.
• Cloud & DevOps: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS or Google Cloud) and modern DevOps practices (Docker, CI/CD pipelines) is a plus.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical mindset, proactive communication skills, and a collaborative team-player attitude.
