You will be performing maintenance and upgrades on the codebase for an in-house built pawn management system. You will work side-by-side with a team lead and fellow software engineers in tackling this task

Job Description
You will be performing maintenance and upgrades on the codebase for an in-house built pawn management system. You will work side-by-side with a team lead and fellow software engineers in tackling this task
Job Scopes
- Research, design and implement patches / fixes and upgrades to an existing codebase
- Test and evaluate existing and future codes for stability and adherence to current standard
- Enhance current codebase with new features / changes through change requests
- Ensure good coding practice is followed (SOLID principle, twelve-factor app, conventional coding practice etc)
- Minimum 3 years of experience with PHP / PHP-based frameworks
- Knowledge in SQL-based databases
- Knowledge in Linux and its operational use
- Knowledge / 1-year experience in atleast one of these : JS, Jquery, Vue, React
- Knowledge / 1-year experience in atleast one of these : Bootstrap, Tailwind.
- Experience in managing cloud services (AWS, GCP, DigitalOcean, etc)
- Experience in any other OOP programming language is a bonus
- 13-days annual leave
- RM300 per year medical claim
