Role Description The Implementation Specialist is a part-time, hybrid role based in Singapore, with flexibility for some work from home. This role focuses on supporting the rollout and adoption of Novo Club programs, tools, and systems for student members and partner institutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating implementation plans, configuring and testing software solutions, documenting processes, and providing guidance to users during onboarding. The Implementation Specialist will monitor usage and feedback, troubleshoot issues, and work closely with stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to refine implementation practices and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and propose practical improvements.
• Proven ability to manage software implementation activities, including configuration, testing, and user onboarding.
• Demonstrated focus on customer satisfaction and customer service, with a supportive and solution-oriented approach.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage effectively with students, partners, and internal teams.
• Experience in project coordination or implementation support, preferably in education, community, or technology environments.
• Comfort working in a hybrid setting, with the ability to be on-site in Singapore and collaborate remotely as needed.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a part-time role.
• Relevant diploma or degree in a field such as Information Systems, Education, Business, or a related discipline is an advantage.
• Interest in social impact areas including education, health, women’s empowerment, or environmental initiatives is highly beneficial.
