Core Roles & Responsibilities

1. Team Leadership

• Conduct briefings to align staff with operational goals.

2. Operational Oversight

• Ensure workflows run efficiently and according to company standards.

• Monitor productivity, quality, and safety compliance.

• Handle scheduling, shift coverage, and resource allocation.

3. Compliance & Safety

• Enforce company policies, labor regulations, and safety standards.

• Conduct inspections and audits to maintain compliance.

• Report incidents and implement corrective actions.

4. Communication & Coordination

• Act as a bridge between staff and management.

• Communicate updates, policies, and performance expectations clearly.

• Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth collaboration.

5. Reporting & Administration

• Prepare reports on staff performance, operational issues, and productivity.

• Maintain records of attendance, training, and incidents.

• Support management in planning and decision-making.
