Job Description & Requirements

Job Responsibility:

Work Schedule: 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Salary: Competitive – Based on experience and qualifications

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage day-to-day construction operations across multiple sites.

Supervise site managers, engineers, and workers to ensure timely project completion.

Manage subcontractors, procurement, and site logistics with strict timelines.

Monitor budget, quality control, safety standards, and manpower allocation.

Ensure compliance with Singapore building codes and safety regulations.

Handle emergency situations and operational challenges, including off-hour issues.

Prepare regular reports for senior management and clients.

Able to work under pressure, long hours, and manage tight deadlines.

Job Requirements:

Minimum 6–7 years of hands-on experience in civil or general construction projects.

Proven experience as a Site Engineer, Site Manager, or Operations Manager.

Ability to manage multiple large-scale projects and teams.

Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing). Knowledge of Bengali is a bonus.

Willingness to work long hours (13 hours/day), including weekends when required.

Physically fit, strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of Singapore safety and construction regulations (preferred, but not required if willing to learn fast).
