Diploma/Degree in automotive/mechanical, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent

Minimum 5 years working experience in automotive related business or equivalent

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Excellent communication skill

Able to speak proficiently in English and Bahasa Malaysia

Oversee & supervise overall operations of service centre

CSI enhancement planning & execution

Ensure all HMSB standard guideline procedures are implemented

Lead, organize & manage the day to day function of the service centre to achieve the unit intake

Increase the turnover and profitability of the service centre

Handling of difficult & serious customer complaints

Ensure that the service premises are well maintained, and cleanliness and tidiness are properly managed
