Full Time QC Dimension Operator Jobs, Salary up to MYR 1,700 in Vega Precision Technology (Malaysia) Pahang - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect products for appearance and dimensional accuracy according to engineering drawings, Inspection Work Standards (IWS), limit samples, and customer requirements.
• Measure product dimensions using appropriate measuring instruments and ensure compliance with specifications.
• Identify defects, non-conformities, and quality issues during inspection.
• Record and maintain accurate inspection results, quality data, and related documentation.
• Report quality issues and abnormal findings to the supervisor or relevant department for corrective action.
• Perform inspections according to daily production requirements and quality standards.
• Prepare inspection records and product documentation to support packing and delivery activities.
• Ensure measuring instruments are properly handled, maintained, and calibrated according to company procedures.
• Update quality-related documents, inspection outputs, loss time records, and other required reports.
• Follow work instructions, company procedures, and instructions from supervisors.
• Participate in ISO, 5S, safety, and continuous improvement activities.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment.
• Continuously improve technical knowledge and inspection skills to support new product and process requirements.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM, Certificate, or Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Experience at least 6 months in Quality Control or manufacturing is an added advantage.
• Able to read engineering drawings and inspection standards.
• Knowledge of measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Dial Indicator, and other inspection equipment is an advantage.
• Good attention to detail with the ability to identify defects and quality issues.
• Basic computer knowledge for recording inspection data and reports.
• Responsible, disciplined, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Willing to work shifts and overtime when required.

Pay: RM1,700.00 per month
