We are seeking an experienced Network Architect to design, implement, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure with a strong focus on Cisco networking and security platforms. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in designing and managing LAN/WAN, Wireless, Firewalls, Load Balancers, Cisco Meraki, VPN, SD-WAN, and Data Center Networks, while ensuring high availability, scalability, and security across global enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
Network Architecture & Design
- Design, implement, and manage enterprise networking infrastructure including IP subnets, LAN, WAN, Wireless, Firewalls, Load Balancers, Cisco Meraki, and VPN Gateways.
- Develop scalable, resilient, and high-availability network architectures aligned with business requirements.
- Plan and execute data center and office network migrations, deployments, upgrades, and optimization projects.
- Design network solutions supporting disaster recovery, business continuity, and failover strategies.
- Develop High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documentation for enterprise network solutions.
Network Operations & Support
- Deploy, manage, monitor, and optimize global network infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex network incidents, including Priority 1 (P1) and Priority 2 (P2) issues.
- Perform network capacity planning, performance tuning, and proactive monitoring.
- Develop and maintain backup, recovery, and failover mechanisms for critical network infrastructure.
- Utilize ServiceNow for incident, problem, and change management.
Network Security
- Implement and manage enterprise network security solutions.
- Configure, troubleshoot, and support:
- Cisco ASA
- Cisco Firepower Threat Defense (FTD)
- Firepower Management Center (FMC)
- Ensure compliance with organizational security standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with security teams to improve network security posture and audit readiness.
Infrastructure & Enterprise Networking
- Configure and support:
- Cisco Nexus Switches
- Cisco Meraki
- Cisco DNA Center (DNAC)
- Cisco IP VPN
- SD-WAN
- F5 Load Balancers
- Manage enterprise and DMZ network traffic.
- Support network services including:
- DNS
- DHCP
- TCP/IP
- NTP
- RADIUS
- TACACS+
Automation & Continuous Improvement
- Evaluate and implement network automation tools and templates.
- Improve operational efficiency through automation and standardization.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of network configurations, procedures, and best practices.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote knowledge sharing within the team.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise network architecture and engineering.

- Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
- Experience preparing HLD and LLD documentation.
- Experience using ServiceNow for Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
