Full Time Quantity Surveyor (M-E) Jobs, Salary up to SGD 4,000 in SWIFT SEARCH GLOBAL PTE. LTD. Islandwide (Singapore) - Maukerja

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BQ), quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and tender submissions.
• Prepare project budgets, cost plans, and cash flow forecasts.
• Monitor project costs and ensure budgets are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
• Analyze contracts and manage contract administration.
• Prepare, negotiate, and administer variation orders.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Manage procurement costs and ensure purchases remain within the approved budget.
• Prepare and submit progress claims and final accounts.
• Evaluate, verify, and certify subcontractor claims and payment applications.
• Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and identify potential cost implications.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare cost reports and provide regular updates to management.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the management.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant Quantity Surveying experience in M&E construction projects.
• Good understanding of construction contracts, tendering, cost estimation, budgeting, and contract administration.
• Experience in preparing progress claims, variation orders, and subcontractor claims.
• Knowledge of procurement and supplier/subcontractor management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Experience using Glodon or other Quantity Surveying software will be an advantage.
• Good analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision while contributing effectively as part of a team.
• Responsible, proactive, and able to work under pressure to meet project deadlines.
