PERSOL Outsourcing is partnering with a leading government agency responsible for greenery, biodiversity conservation and urban ecosystem management. We are looking for HR talents to join their team!

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and oversee end-to-end payroll operations, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant payroll processing

• Review and approve payroll transactions, reconciliations, statutory submissions, and payroll reports

• Supervise payroll activities, monitor service levels, and provide guidance to team members on complex payroll matters

• Manage payroll exceptions, escalations, audits, and regulatory compliance, including CPF, IRAS, and statutory reporting

• Lead payroll system enhancements, UAT, process optimisation, and implementation of new payroll initiatives

• Partner with internal stakeholders, Finance, HR, and external vendors to resolve operational issues and improve service delivery

• Analyse payroll trends, prepare management reports, and recommend continuous process improvements

• Coach and mentor team members while ensuring operational excellence and compliance with organisational policies

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Diploma in Human Resource, Business Administration, Accountancy, Finance, or a related discipline

• Minimum 3 years of relevant supervisory experience in payroll operations

• Strong knowledge of Workday, Excelity, CPF, IRAS, payroll governance, and maker-checker controls is an advantage

• Experience managing end-to-end payroll operations, statutory submissions, and payroll reconciliations

• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills

• Public sector payroll or HR Shared Services experience will be an advantage

WORKING HOURS / LOCATION

• Mondays – Thursdays, 8.30am to 6pm; Fridays, 8.30am to 5:30pm

• Nearest MRT - Botanic Gardens
